Hello editors! The anime banzai amv team is looking to start making educational videos about how to make an amv. I have a few questions to help us make as many videos as possible.

1. What os do you run?
2. What programs do you use
3. what do you know now that you wish you knew when you started

1. Mac OS High Sierra
2. Adobe Premiere & After Effects, but I used to edit with Final Cut Express, iMovie, Sony Vegas, and at the very beginning, WMM.
3. I think everyone starts somewhere and goes through their own experiences, learning along the way. If there was something, I'd like to tell the 'novice me', it would be 'There's no need to impress anyone. Be it through effects or otherwise. The most important thing is: What do you want to convey? A story, emotions, a theme or central question. It doesn't even have to be complex. Sometimes I storyboard before I start, sometimes I just sit down and edit in a frenzy. As long as you don't lose that focal point, it'll go smoothly.'
