ngsilver's hmv archive is going dark

At this point in my life I am kinda done dealing with hosting HMVs for everyone. I haven't really done anything with the site in nearly a decade to be honest. If people have sent me anything I've probably forgotten about it and never put it up. There are other places that are willing to accept HMVs and host them now so the reason for the site doesn't really make sense anymore.

I don't plan to completely delete the videos that are on the site. I will keep them in my personal archive as I have done already. However the hosting will be going away and the site will be deleted. I'm not sure when, but sometime soon.

I'm putting this announcement out to any of the preservationists here whom want the chance to scrape the site and pull down what's available as it currently stands. You've got maybe a week or two till I finally get around to completing the maintenance and removing the site.

Just google search for "ngsilver hmvs" and it should be one of the first sites on the list.

It's been a run, but I'm kinda done.
