Hi everyone, I made this AMV for Big Contest 2022. It's my first time entering a larger online contest that is not for a con.
The AMV is my sad attempt at an original cross over story. The story depicts a virtual A.I relationship with the main character who eventually deletes the virtual world. I know the effects may not be as smooth as other pro editors, but I tried my best. Even though I somehow lost motivation halfway through the AMV, I am still very proud of the end result and I hope you will enjoy it as well.

It’s really cool to see how much your effects work has improved since you posted your first video here! You have some impressive stuff in this one, and it’s a bit of a shame that you lost motivation in the 2nd half. It looks to me like you don’t need to worry about the quality of your effects work at this point (it looks “pro” level to my eyes), but instead need to focus on finding a project you’re passionate enough about to push through to the end. Good luck, I always look forward to your amvs.

Thank you Viva!!! Focus is definitely one of my biggest problems, this was probably one of my highest effort videos ever, I find it really hard to work on the same video for more than 3-4 weeks. I run into a problem of constantly brewing ideas in my head and wanting to move on to the next video. A lack of hard drive space doesn't help so I generally only work on 1-2 videos at a time XD. I think I also run into this issue where after I re-watch my own video 1000x during editing I start to hate it lol
