Whether you're a novice making an AMV for the first time or a seasoned veteran, we would love for you to submit an Anime Music Video to our Contest. Awards will be given out to the top AMVs.
We look forward to seeing another year of AMV creations at Setsucon 2025, occurring January 31st - February 2nd, 2025 at the Blair County Convention Center in Altoona, Pennsylvania. Please join us in-person if you can for a great weekend filled with celebrations of anime and Japanese culture, including numerous ours devoted to showcasing AMVs like yours.
Thank you for your interest in entering our AMV Contest. Check out our rules and policies below and take the time to read them carefully before submitting your application. If you have any questions, please contact our AMV Coordinator via the Contact Form on our website.
AMV applications will be open until December 13, 2024 11:59:59 PM EST. AMV entrants do not need to register for the convention in order to submit an AMV (although attendance is always encouraged). AMV finalists will be showcased during the convention weekend at our AMV Contest.

Note from the AMV Contest Coordinator
----------AMV Creators, we wanted to give everyone a small notice. The rules for our contest allow a creator to enter the AMV contest only once. Though you'll see we've made some small tweaks to our rules and reorganized them, this is still there. As always if we receive additional entries we will ask which one a creator would like to enter into our contest and the others will be added to our Overflow alongside others that might not make the final cut. While we will always recommend creators select the video they believe is their best, we would like to note that the Action/Drama category is the most heavily contested and usually has to be limited. Please keep this in mind.
General Rules
