This year's contest will take place on Thursday, January 9, 2024 at the Long Beach Convention Center in Long Beach, California.

Before I begin, I wish to extend a sincere apology for sending this notice so late. The situation in Southern California combined with other personal factors made it difficult for myself to fulfill my duties as a contest coordinator. I am truly sorry.

With that said, let me take a moment to once again thank you all for participating in this year's AMV Contest here at Animé Los Angeles. It is an honor each year to be given an opportunity to showcase all of these amazing works made by creators such as yourself.

After weeks of discussion and debate, our panel of judges have narrowed down the finalists for this year's AMV Contest.

The AMV Contest will take place this Thursday, January 9 in Main Stage. If you would like to attend, please be sure to arrive when the doors open at 7:30pm PST. The contest will begin at 8:00pm PST.

Winners for the AMV Contest will be announced and showcased on on Sunday, January 12 at 4:00 pm in Main Stage.

Winners will be announced in real time on social media using the hashtag: #AnimeLA20.

Even if your name is not listed above, your AMV entry may still be played! We will highlight some of the best of the non-finalists and honorable mentions during our pre-show block on the main stage, and we will showcase many more during our AMV Programming all weekend long in the video room.
