Is anyone looking forward to Xenosaga as much as me? This game is going to be AWESOME!!! I am going asap on the 25th. Anyone else got it preordered yet? I have been going in everyday to try to get preorder bonuses. Anyone else get one yet? If so,

80 hours of game play..

I don't think 80 hours of gameplay is right... In all the reviews I've read, everyone seems to agree that the game is too short (20 some hours if I remember correctly). Prolly a bunch of long time consuming minigames (FFX anyone?). Don't get me wrong, I can't wait for the game, but if you're looking for something as long as Xenogears, I don't think this will live up to what you're expecting.

Actually I tend to think it is all story related gameplay. The problem with the '80 hours of gameplay' that they tout, is that more than half of that is CG movies, by accounts from various video game magazines. Now, in my opinion it's ok to have that much CG time (especially since it's story related), but don't lump the CG time with gameplay time, because it's not.

Regardless, I'm still looking forward to the game and have got my copy reserved.

Of course, Devil May Cry 2 comes out first, so Xenosaga may get a little push-back on my gameplay agenda

Oh yeah, DMC2 this week, can't wait. And are you sure about that being CG movies? It seems like an awful lot to have for one game...
