If you wanna get technical then your tounge is actually the strongest part of your body. But other then that I don't really know because I row, and rowing is a lot like swimming in that it works every part of the body.
The best effects are the ones you don't notice.

my quads, and calf muscles, i legpressed 900 pounds at school last year, temjin called me a monster, but my arms arent extremely strong.

I have to disagree. The heart is teh strongest muscle and has to be cuase if it stops working, you're dead, plus my biology teacher agrees.

My triceps, I carry around an 80 lb backpack all day and I can tricep lift 65 lbs for at least 100 reps easy. My biceps are terrible though. I made $200 in PE in high school betting people I could out tricep lift them.

calves and quads .. can leg-press 800 lb's a little less than my max at 830ish during the season .. but still decent.

btw nice bucket u do reps or was it a dead single lift?
...the problem I see a lot is that many good amv makers think they suck, and many bad amv makers think they're good.

Actually, its proven fact that the tounge is the strongest, trust me. It can push out your teeth (although theres a nerve impulse that keeps it from doing so, like trying to hit your own balls). but that doesnt mean its the most IMPORTANT muscle in your body (the heart).

I can press about 150 lbs or so with my arms. My legs are stronger, but I haven't ever used a leg press so I can't tell how strong.
