The guides weren't put up because of someones*cough* tab's *cough* scattered layout.

It should now be pretty much all fixed and lookin' pretty.

Klinky or Tab (Which ever one of you did those pictures and quides) Some of use arent experts and dont know what program that is or where to get to those windows, Id be a big help to those less fortunet who dont know exactly what your talking about.

The guide was written by Tab, it was edited and re-arranged by me.

The windows you see there are standard VfW codec configuration windows.

They show up in any program that you can select a codec and adjust it's settings(Premiere or VirtualDub).

I guess we could add something about importing your file into vdub going to Video|Compression, select codec, hit configure. Adjust settings as shown in the images. Hit ok, ok, ok. Go to Audio|No Sound. hit File| Save as AVI...

Then again you assume we all use premier and such. I personally hate premier, it sucks major ass, but I have found many benefits of using vdub to encode and resize.

there are some glitches in the guide yet from klinky changing them around, I pmed him about it so next time hes on they should be fixed up :\

Ok. Not to be a total tool here, but if any of you haven't read Ermac and AD's big fucking guides on the main page, go do so now. They teach you everything you will ever need to know about how to make your video as pretty as posssible. If you read those (DON'T SKIM!!!) and you are still confused, contact Tab, Klinky, or me, in that order.
