Books you've read and recommend

Post by Lyrs » Thu Feb 20, 2003 1:23 pm

I would like to know which and why. I have some free time and reading's one of my hobbies.

Some of my recommends are:

Wheel of Time series - very long, but good to the last drop
Ender's Saga - Exceptionally well written, a must read'
Bean's Saga - Parallel's Ender's Saga, as great and maybe even better

/end
GeneshaSeal - Dead Seals for Free
Orgasm - It's a Science

I've always wanted to read Catch 22 but have never gotten around to it :? I saw the movie though, it is rather....well, I don't know how to describe that.

Atlas Shrugged is a good read. Focuses on the virtues of Capitalism and personal righteousness.

Plato's Republic.

Shogun. I just read it this last summer but I'm starting it again, it was that enjoyable.
