I was able to watch DBZ in the mornings, but that was cause i've had nothing better to watch.
Some things i liked, funny bits and pieces when they make fools out of themselves. But for the love of god, why does it take 10 eps for them to fight and why does it insist of showing 20 mins of a little bald guy moaning.
I taped it in the mornings and watched in the afternoon with the romote to i can fast foward things.
Some things that kinda annoyed me, when they first power up half the world is destroyed, then, its like a small gush of air...

GT, i got the Japanese version of that, i went to watch it... that, really did suck, seemed like an entire waste of time. They stood around and watched dancing things, and they stood around and pretend not to be super saiyans. Why can't you just turn around, rip their heads off and smile innocently.
And that stupid bouncy thing with the antenas.. why did they leave that alive, why couldn't they just rip out its still beating heart the instant it walked on the scene.. It was entirely pointless in my opinion. Trunks is what got me to like DBZ but in DBGT he was a faggot.

I have only seen a few eps of GT, but in all honesty, they werent any worse than Z were. And I read the stories for how the series went and I think that an entire series was nececary to get all of the plot holes (or most) out of Z. And the endign to that show, if what I read was true, was a bit more of a fitting ending than Z's is.

Actually, I thought that Dragon Ball was a hell of a lot better than DBZ or GT...

There actually happened to be some martial arts and it was somewhat realistic.

After that, Z was just too damn flashy but still pretty cool.

But GT? man that thing was 99% flash and 1% storyline. The ending mostly killed my interest in it.

First of all to all you peaces of shit talkin crap about DBZ and DBGT shouldnt even be in here if you dont like it. Second, although DBGT is good, DBZ beets it just because DBGT isnt even made by the same guy.

i personaly don't like either of them very much. But it all depends on what you like ... if it's violent fighting then you want DBZ, if you like childish comedy, then you'd probalby like the original DB, as for GT, well i don't think i've ever seen any of that, and i don't really care to either ... but it wold still be cool to have some of the abilities that those guys have ... exspecialy in DBZ ...

First of all, Dragon Ball is a BAD anime. Animation, pacing, storytelling... IT SUCKS. There is too much good anime out there. But it is enjoyable to watch it now and then, and the manga is fairly decent.
Second off all, this isn't a Dragon Ballz site. Hell, it's not even an anime site. It's an AMV site. YOU should leave if you can't handle people stating their preferences in anime. They don't like it, too bad.

Not very mature are you, nor can you take an opinion worth crap. This is a forum, if you can't take critizism about everything than I really do suggest that you re think about coming here. This is a community and in this community all can express their opinions. Just the same as you can say DBZ rules, I can say that DBZ sucks. I personally have nothing against DBZ other than it came to represent anime here in America because a bunch of 12 to 14 years were drawn to the flame like moths. DBZ has no storyline outside of fighting. Personally I liked DB better because it wasn't all flash.
