Sync problem

I'm trying to put my video back together after seperating the parts and mucking around with AVS and virtualdub and all that. which went really well... but when I put them both in TMPGEnc and let that do its thing, the music no longer synced to the video. The video went quite a bit faster, to the tune of 20 seconds over a 4 minute video. Any idea what I might have missed? Thanks!

Perhaps your having frame rate issues.....
your gonna have to describe you problem in greater detail...

Try setting your frame rate in each of your AVS's to the end frame rate of your video (either 29.97 or 23.xx)

Kinda need more details here
