try my method: eat as little as possible (1-2 meals per day), and do a shitload of DDR. it's working for me.

but you should NEVER only eat like two meals a day, not even if you're not trying to lose weight
more like five small meals a day, it helps boost ur metabolism

dude, just be yourself and dont try to act like someone your not b/c if you get a woman that likes you for someone your not, its going to be hell for you the most!!

im sure you hear all of these couple stories about them fighting and shit, yes it happens, but a little advice: do EVERYTHING in your power to keep and STAY on there good side and watch VERY carfully as to what you say and who you say it to!

Anyways, this all depends on what kind of woman you want to attract.

In this day and age, being respectful and courteous is always a new one!Simple gestures and tasks can easily get the attention of the girl you want. Just don't make it obvious.
