What the hell do you mean by movie. Movie as in a feature film or movie as in amv. If you are asking how to create a amv then look at the guides on the main page.

I am thinking you mean....how do you make an anime music video, and you aren't talking about putting a listing of it in the catalogue?

If so, read the guides about general video editing techniques. Even if you don't have premiere, that can give you a good idea of video editing. You'll need footage from either a capture card and a vhs (or dvd) or you can rip your dvds.

Take them into a video editor, (even Windows Movie maker will work and you most likely have it already) and cut the clips according to how you would like to interpret a song....

Is that what you wanted to know?
