Brian (Vash) is awesome at Cosplaying. I've seen his picture in Animerica before (the Dark Vash costume, bottom of page 22 in the Nov. '02 issue), and, correct me if I'm wrong, but his group won Best Group Cosplay at MegaCon last month.

(I apologize if I already posted this)

Greatest Cosplayer I have ever seen is "Nekkid Rei" at ACen 2002. It was basically a girl (rather hot too)with a blue wig, a pair of panties on and a towel around her neck (covering her breasts). Suffice to say, security got her about two minutes later. She walked right ouf of the bathroom in front of the reg. line...some 20 feet away from me...didn't get my camera out in time :(.

My ex-girlfriend came out of the bathroom (she was in there when the chick changed) and asked if some half-naked girl came out...all of us nodded with some of the stupidest faces on :).
