JACON Get Together

Well we're just under 5 weeks away from JACON. Is anyone interested in an AMV creator get together at the con? I was thinking maybe we should plan an organized dinner like has been done before at AX and AWA. If so I was thinking Friday night would be best. Thursday night you have no con events, not even early registration

, to compete with but I don't know if everyone will be in town that evening. Saturday night has the dance at the con hotel. Friday night doesn't seem to have anything going on in the later evening hours except for some all night AMV rooms at the con hotel.

Chime in with your thoughts on the subject.

A bunch of us, including More Than Toast, are leaving the con Friday night to see a concert, so I guess that would count us out for dinner.

Isn't there sort of a mini-VAT there where we can hang out in pretty much all the time?

I'm not that big of a fan, but Akimbo, Zabet and Paizuri really want to go, so I might as well go just to hang out.

Actually been talking to Tim and Hsien and I might actually go....I have *no* idea why I am considering this over a con 3 hours away. You damn Canadians and your magnetic personalities
