Excellent reply Milo. I agree with the arrogance thing since I have run into a number of anime fans that think anime (as well as EVERYTHING on earth) is for Americans. I mentioned this in another thread with dubs and English being the 'superior' language.

In any case...good reply. We fortunately enjoy what they make for the japanese, but we should never feel obligated since it is not made for us.
