Grr...and I was gonna start watching some anime...yes after a 3 year stint :-P.

I'll get some low quality photos up some time tonight. I guess I'll take a picture of my DVD collection, video games, production cels, wallscrolls and various figures. Unfortunately a couple are at work and I can't bring a camera in (security reasons).

I *did* say that I wasn't originally going to do this because I don't wanna make it seem like I'm trying to instigate a "more otaku than thou" mentality. However, a few people have requested so...hopefully no flames. I don't at all mean to brag. I would just like to share. In particular the animation cels. IIRC I even have the scenes they are from captured in JPEG format so you can see where it was used.

lol well i wouldn't want to try instigating that mentality either ... since otaku isn't exactaly a very positive tearm, as i understand it means obsessor and not fan as many americans apparantly think. Somone mentioned somethign about amoerican fans being idiots and wearing the name otaku as a badge of honor ... i don't remember where, but it was a few days after i joined ...

and yes i did request, don't worry about the jealousy/anger thing ... i don't think it would happen ... i've said it before, and i'll say it again, it's hard to piss me off (unless you happen to be my sister, in which case the fact that your breathing and i have to look at you would make my blood boil.).

Well as per some of your requests, I have photographed and scanned all my anime items (in my house...there are some at work).

Here they are.

If you are not at all interested, please don't go. This is gonna shoot up my bandwidth quite significantly. That is why I made it a link instead of posting images

Second Warning. DO NOT "steal" the cel images from my site and say they are either A) your own or B) to show people. This is something VERY frowned upon in the cel community

I do wanna state that:
A) This took a lot longer than I thought. Mainly coding the HTML... same statements, but still tedious...still sucked.
B) I knew I was a geek, but damn this sure made me feel more so :)
C) I have said that this is by no means a "more otaku than thou" thing. I am posting since a few have expressed interest (namely in my cels).

I believe it was me (as well as others). I get real annoyed when people in the states use it like that. Japanese people even laugh when Americans come to Japan and say they are an otaku.
