well I think the reason guys seem more perverted is cause they're desperate. they would do anything to see something....(not all guys, don't start flamming me cause you think different, I'm just generalizing) while girls on the other hand when they want something they don't need to beg or look desperate. They just go...here boy, and the man follows.
