Loved the series, loved the characters, didnt like the ending. In fact I was kinda shocked they ended it that way. I was hoping for some sequel or follow up. And Edward is my fav charachter. Too funny.
I like the ending quite a bit and can't see how they could've ended it any other way. The general tone and feeling that he was going to die (in his final confrontation with Vicious) was throughout the entire show. Also, come Episode 26 when Julia died, that was just a nail on the coffin. You knew that if she died, he in turn would probably die avenging her...sadly (well not really) their relationship (to the viewer) seemed symbiotic...after she died he didn't really care about his own life and hence why he did what he did. So in summary, I liked the ending and don't think it could've been done any other way.
