Namie Amuro, Mai Kuraki, Kuda Kumi and BoA are all pretty cool. The BoA i'm referring to is the Korean one, not the English one.
Namie Amuro songs I recommend are: Mi Corazon and Try Me
Kuda Kumi songs: Real Emotion, can't remember the other; 1000 words or something...only heard those 2 so far by her
Mai Kuraki i've only heard one by her: Feel Fine
BoA: Valenti (Korean and English versions), Amazing Kiss, Winding Road, Searching for Truth, Jewel Song and Feel the Same

Hopefully I don't annoy anyone by ressurecting this thread. I had a question, and figured I could add to this discussion while asking my question.
I found a site awhile back that listed the English-written names of Japanese songs. I was ripping my Garnet Crow CD to MP3, and wanted the English for my ID3 tags since I couldn't read the Japanese on the CD cover. I can't find that site now, and I have a bunch of J-pop/anime soundtracks that I want to tag with English names. Can anybody recommend a good site with lists like this? I tried Gracenote's CDDB (not holding my breath) and came up blank.
To add to the suggestions here, two of my favorite albums are Garnet Crow's "first soundscope" and ELT (Every Little Thing)'s "Every Best Single 3". Fire Bomber's Acoustic Fire album is also great. My favorite artist is Chihiro Yonekura. Every song I've heard from her is awesome, especially off the Senkaiden Houshin Engi soundtrack.

Well, if nobody knows of a site that can give translations for J-CD's, does somebody at least know the name of track 29 on the Gundam Seed OST1, and the girl who does the vocals? It's the song Rakusu sings in like the 6th or 7th episode, I don't know if the voice actor is the one who actually sings the song. I'm using it in my next AMV and would like to credit the song right, but if it comes to it I'll just write "track 29 from Gundam S OST1" or "The song Rakusu sang in Gundam S". I can't read Kanji, or Katakana, or whatever is written on the CD jacket.
