meh i'll assume you mean with in the last 5 years. Lets see,

FLCL
Love Hina
Evangelion (well ... the box set came out in 2001)
Serial Experiments: Lain (not sure how old this is)
Princess Mononoke
Hellsing
Trigun (also not sure how old this is)
Cowboy Bebop (again, not sure how old this is either)
Blood: The Last Vampire is also pretty good too.

I d/l a AMV for ELO's twilight because I have the old Daicon IV AMV to the same song.

I have been trying to find out what the anime in that was from and you just handed it to me on a silver platter.

well its still made with in the last 5 years ... jsut its at the far end of thst stick (while eva is hanging way off that stick ... what was it? 96', 95'?)

And i personaly hate calling FLCL "Fooly Cooly", I usualy just say FLCL.

If you haven't seen S.C.R.Y.E.D. Watch for it.
It's prety good especially if you like fight's using special abilities like alloy hands n stuff.

I got the Chinese Version though.
