Um, thats almost like asking what movies are available on dvd. Lets see...I know Gundam has a few, X the Series has one, Cardcaptor Sakura has one, Sonic da Hedgehog has a few, Hamtaro, and Inu Yasha all come to mind.

Gundams into at least 20 if one counts the SD Games as well
Several mecha animes are featured in the Super Robot Wars game line
There are a few One Piece games in existence
At least one DB game
There was a Tenchi RPG for the SNES
also one for Record of Lodoss War (sadly, the fan translation on that one still has a ways to go...but I've said too much on that already)
There were a couple of games for Yuu Yuu Hakusho
Hell, if memory serves there was even an Akira game for the NES

According to a fansite I was on, there are a couple of Love Hina games out and a new one on the way. But they are all in Japanese and have not been ported to english. So if you have a Japanese PS2 or a mod chip you can play it if you can read Japanese. Id buy a PS2 just to collect them even if I didnt play them.
They are not based on any anime show but I thought Oni and MAD:SHOGO were good. They have a very Anime style and the opening song for SHOGO is in Japanese and I have it as an mp3.
Oni was one of the few games I played that when you ran out of ammo you could run up and launch physical attacks and kill someone.
And SHOGO, its a mecha game so it cant be all bad. I still play SHOGO every few months.
