lets see who else looking around there are other alternatives like vegita and others but try to find those for whom really make people think they are as mean as they are UUUUUUUUUGGLYY and no skelletor is a good idea but he is in all fashion a nit wit not really worthy the title of a villian more of an annoyance then a villian

I used the same concept that you are using: a tribute to the villains. I used the song "Firestarter" by prodigy... I don't know if you've picked out your song yet. The villains that I used are:

Vicious (CB)
Knives and Legato (Trigun)
Dilandau (Vision of escaflowne)
Kagato (Tenchi)
Nakago (Fushigi Yugi)
Shishio (Rurouni Kenshin)

Of cource I made this vid for the Otakon so I didn't use villians that weren't widely popular...
Rurouni Kenshin has alot of cool badguys... I don't know if you've seen it. Saito or Sojuro (sp?) are really cool badguys from that show.
You also cannot go wrong with Dilandau, as some other people have pointed out. He's the guy that gave me the idea for my AMV. I never get tired of him, and he could use a little more popularity. Good luck on your vid!

How about some of the characters from The Soul Taker like Dr. Kyoya? He's kinda wired looking but I don't know if he is usable... oh well.
