Corbo BASH anyone?

Random thought.

I know the whole con documentary thing was done last year, but would anyone be up to filming just the party?

I know Ryan Way filmed our trip to Katsucon 2 years ago, and then his computer died on him, so we've got one failed experiment already, but I think it's worth another try. Does anyone who has a good video camera be up for this? I know it would be worth a laugh to watch some of these events (aka just keeping the camera on Tom, and watch how he slowly degenerates into sweaty madman) again at cons later in the year. I'd personally love to have a disc of this like the ones Andy's friends have from the trip they took a few summers ago...just not nearly as professsional.

Well documenting a con group goes back a long way, my friend. We've actually tried to do it many times in the last two years, but no one has been able to secure a video camera...or if they do, they don't film nearly enough to make a decent documentary. I definitely wouldn't mind making something similar to what andy's friends did...as much as I didn't get half the jokes, the other half were deliciously new and funny. And hey, we'd get ALL the jokes this time. We just need to find someone that's going that has a good video camera, and doesn't mind actually doing something with the footage.

I remember we DID have a video camera last year. Rick brought it...but he was very cheap on the usage of said camera, and I don't think he ever did anything with the footage or pictures he took...jackass.

I own a video camera. I will document it. I will also edit it and if anyone wants to help (ie: provide still photos, editing help, 2nd camera) please let me know. I never actually tried it. I never brought the camera down for fear of damage cuz it wasn't my camera. Now I own it. I will give you the tapes once I dig them and we can each edit a version. Can do 10 min. music snippets, a storyline edit, a couple of things. Could be a really fun project. Just gotta get everyone into it. I'd personally like to document us at the con. Given our HUGE amount of people, that would be near impossible, so I say we pick 5 personalities for the "con" video and focus there. But definately, there needs to be a dedicated Corbo Bash Video.

we need a new gimmick aspect to binge drinking! at katsucon it was the drunken master punch. Corbo Bash last year was the massive tequila shot, Anyone want to figure out how we can incorporate beiruit, or beer pong, into the folds, i know the tagteam corbo and brad style would be up for it.

Wait i just got it, Words of the Party! before the party begins the people at CBI will announce specific code words that bring with them a mouth full of alcoholic delights. Also the screaming orgasm contest after hours as Corbo bash winds down must be repeated! that was some hilarious shit, especially after that jack circle. yeah suggestive phrases.

perhaps a buddy system or color war type occasion when we're all good and sloppy.
Buddy system= you and a partner drink the exact same amount of alcohol, I.E. if my partner was Bob, i'd be a sloppy mess.

Color war= one of those games where you have the list of odd random shit you need to find, though specially suited to late night con and baltimore fun, each team needs to be the others, the winning team rocks out as the winner. With some neutral judges it could be great, We could make it item finding and crazy feats, like you get points for having someone take two cement mixers. If the CBI crew comes up with some sick shit it could be the mad phatty boom batty occasion.
