I got full Premiere 6 with a firewire card for around $250, bundled as the Pinnacle DV200. apparently is is an obsolete package, but you can still find it on pricewatch for ~$250. grab it if you can, its the best deal out there for Premiere.

At this point, it's probably best to wat for Premiere 6.5. It should be out within a month or two, and all the cards will probably start getting bundled with that insteadof with 6.0.
