agreed, tis a nice quote LW.and all i am looking to gain from this forum, is a better understanding behind some of those works that i see .. that and maybe one day to create a project thats actually worth showing to people 
...the problem I see a lot is that many good amv makers think they suck, and many bad amv makers think they're good.

Maybe you could make an AMV that has text of a poem you made and then have scenes from an anime match those words. Also, you could put a light, soft background song to it (maybe acoustic guitar or something).
