I have a feeling you saw the Hong Kong bootleg of this. The two characters are named Keith and Burn... but for some reason, they changed them to Chris and Bob in this Chinese bootleg I saw.

Just check the actual game...

Burn is the guy in the reds and yellows and has *gasp* fire powers
and
Keith has the white hair and the cool outfit and has ice powers.

I never really put alot of attention into sailor moon i just watched it sometimes i watched with my little cousin (5 yr girl). A friend told me that in the japanese version they are lesbians or maybe i got the wrong sailor's but he said 2 of them are lesbians. (maybe bi)

Nah.. the only lesbians in the show are Haruka and Mirichu (er.. Amara and Michelle) and that's sorta obvious.
