The Wanderer: Kenshin

Post by thistledown » Sun Jun 08, 2003 12:42 am

just a quick little idea for people to use. I'm not sure of the title, but the lyrics include:

They call me the wanderer,
Yeah, the wanderer,
I roam around around around around...

Listened to the rest of the song and it could make for a very amusing kenshin video, since he is a "wandering" samurai.
The sword, it thirsts to drink of man,
The sword at last must win,
Today is gone, and yesterday,
Must echo in the wind.

The Wanderer, written by Ernie Maresca and recorded by Dion DiMucci (formerly of Dion and the Belmonts) reached #2 in 1961. There've probably been multiple latter-day covers.
