It's still a whole heck of a lot further from me than NYC is, and a lot closer to hackerzc than is NYC, I believe. I kind of thought it might not have been in Baltimore (*shudder* Sorry, I can't think that without thinking about the "Goodmorning Baltimore" clip from your Bravo Drano, iserlohn...), but I was too lazy to look up exactly where they were being held.

Uhm...I dont' know how this'll work, but...Quu told me and fair amount of people yesterday the exact number of entries and I was curious if we should've just lock the answers as of yesterday...not that I'm accusing you of reading it, it's just...your number is uhm...uhm...Quu...can I say anything?

I guess I sort of already implied something though...

That's why the rolling eyes are next to my "guess". I should not be allowed to "win"...if anyone is taking this that seriously.

Quu did post a number on his LiveJournal, although that still may not be the final count.

Iserlohn, you might want to make yesterday the cutoff. Whatever...your challenge, your call. Just don't include my entry. It was strictly for fun.

Yeah, as you said Quu posted it yesterday in his LJ, but I guess the number is even higher than that...and obviously since we've confirmed it's around 183..I say yesterday be the cut-off for taking guesses.

Digital submissions (Cd-r/DVD-R/DV tape)

tape submissions and stragglers will be mailed to me monday (Matt is keepign the tape submissions incase of problems with the first pre screening... as backup

Fair enough. The contest is now closed...

And because of Quu's LJ post, the final count will be taken AFTER all disqualifications have occurred. This means that last year's number was 98, and even after DQs it should be pretty big.
