Sadly, from what I can tell, I can't say this anime had a HUGE budget.

It seems they were gunning for quantity over quality as well. [I do NOT want to wait 40 eps for something "cool" to happen

I didn't see all of it so I'm not gonna say it sux0rs but, I've seen the first 5 eps and then realized that it just didn't grab me...

Animation quality is a big factor to me and I didn't get affected like I "should" be.

Now Ai Yori Aoshi, my eyes were tearin' by ep 3... Only anime to do that to me EVAR....
Onegai Teacher had me cheerin' like a maniac after ep 1... 0_0 But that's just me and I want nobody to agree with me cause I want these rare gems to be in my top 10 anime for ME AND ME ALONE! MUAHAHA BWHAHAHAAH

It doesnt take 40 episodes to get cool... just to get super ultra cool. Literally half of the episodes made me almost cry. It's Only series ever to actually make me shed tears. I watched the last episode again tonight... maybe the 5th time now... i COMPLETELY BROKE DOWN 10 TIMES IN THIS SINGLE EPISODE.
