Honestly kid, I made Not Another One on a shitty 533 with only slighly better specs than what you have. It was not fun. What you most likely need is a complete overhaul, or a new system altogether. You can buy the parts, a book on how to assemble computers(Hint: It's NOT hard to assemble nowadays), and a decent operating system for less than 1000 dollars. This computer will be able to handle almost anything you throw at it, and come out swinging.

hahaha. hey Danny. Can you give me a few sources of places that I can get parts and stuff for less then a thousand bucks? To tell the truth, I'm now thinking of just waiting till next year. I'll probly have enough money by then and I'll also have done enough research as to what parts I need and what I should get.

The system I listed in there is about what you need. Pricewatch is good and so is NewEgg as Kthulhu stated. NewEgg is a bit spendy on the memory side of things. Most places on Pricewatch are trustworthy. I've never gotten jipped or mislead from any of them.
