Evangelon Live-Action Primary Sketches

My problem with the project is that it will encompass one single two and
a half hour story arc. Think about that. They would have to completely
rework the script to the point where it would be unrecognizable for it to
even have a hope in hell of working. And I don't even want to consider
what kind of character arcs they might try, but you could pretty much
guarantee that Shinji will be fucking at least one member of the female
cast. Asuka if they want to be clean and obvious, Rei if they want to
get creepy and freudian, or Misato if they want to make some post-
modern Mrs. Robinson type deal. But if James Cameron really makes it,
I could see him doing the movie with Shinji as the only pilot and have
it as some kind of bizarre mindgame between him and Gendo. And that's
if they actually stick to the original characters. But if they change it to
San Francisco 3, I'd be willing to bet they change everything else two.
And I seriously doubt that Anno would go anywhere near it, if what
I've heard about EoE is true. I would much rather trade all the worrying
and speculating for a theatrical release of Death and Rebirth and End of
Evangelion. Subbed of course. ;D

Sorry for the double post, but I went back to read a little more into the
previous posts, and I'm wondering where the whole EVA = anti Christian
thing came from. I've watched the whole series through and I really don't
get that connotation. If you ask me it seems to reinforce several christian
values, especially considering the fact that Gendo tries to play God and
bend creation to his will, but is actually fucked over by it in the end. Bear
in mind that I'm referring to End of Evangelion [I havent seen the
"original" ending of the series].

god i hated when ppl whined and moaned about that, they had completely ignorant views, they couldn't even see that the witchcraft was being put into practical terms, and the last time i checked, potter wasn't going around stealing kids and cooking them or making spells to foil ppl

well i guess i should say this, ppl are making a big assumption here that the movie will be average length, this is obviously a big project, i think we should for now give them the benefit of the doubt that they movie will be epic length (at least) around 4 hrs i'd say

I'm sorry, but I can't imagine Asuka being "clean and obvious," or Rei being "creepy and freudian" (*cough* SEA OF LCL *cough*). And would you mind explaining what that "Mrs. Robinson" crap was about?

i should bring u baskets of suffering topped with sprinkles of agony for that comment, but ur avatar is so darn cute!!!
even though i like dbz, but i don't want the hair in the movie to be outrageous in either dbz or eva live-action, they should make it kinda like the x-men movies, the characters are still true to themselves to a T but they have new realistic looks, like wolverine for example, his hair is crazy in the cartoon, but it's fine in the live-action movies
