Hey, certian anime companies who ruin certian anime and make it some kiddy crap that's dub-only don't deserve a penny from me. (Hint: It's YGO)

While both illegal, Free Piracy (Downloading) is quite different from Piracy run by Organized crime gangs who are also involved in prostitution rings, slavery, drug trafficing, blackmail, extortion, etc. While you might not want to give you're money to FuNimation, I don't think handing it over to people who have few qualms about killing people is the proper solution.

Oh yeah, last I checked, ADV is one of the two Lords of the Dub...
The other one being Media Blasters... [Elf Princess Rane, Virtua Fighter TV, 'nuff said :p] Also, they started releasing subbed only a LOONG time ago but saw the light and realized they'd make more money if they got good Voice Actors. Therefore, we all owe it to the Good Dub ^_^

I think those you listed are OVAs called Welcome to Pia Carrot. The Pia Carrot they are discussing is a Non-hentai Movie. I don't think the movie has been licensed.
