Because there are a lot of people on here perhaps a forum section that we can talk to each other on here.

More in detail for a place where people actually look for anyone trying to get a hold of them in a certain spot other than say in the general forum section. Do not need a chat room for this just another forum designed for this.

What if the person your looking for does not have an email known. Or you only know his videos and not the person who made it.

Well then, chances are if the person doesn't have an e-mail address that their videos probably aren't here, and that they don't use this site, so therefore they'd never see a question addressed to them here, different forum or no. Kevin Caldwell is a prime example of this.
The other possibility is if the person has their videos catalouged here, but doesn't have an e-mail address, then they probably don't want their e-mail address known for whatever reason. The second possibility is far less likely than the first though.

last time i checked you needed an email to register at this site.....i've contacted many creators through email and haven't had a problem getting a hold of anyone.
