Bebop has more in the lines of story. That and it's more serious. Sadly, with that note, it had to be brought to an end after 26 episodes (and one flick).

Yeah it showed up around here in Va Beach too, but it was only at the artsy indie theater. It's out on DVD now, for those of you who dont' know. But it's not called "Knockin On Heaven's Door" (Something about Van Halen or Axle rose or some other old rocker got upset aboutr it cuz trhey have a song by the same name). It's just called "Cowboy Bebop: The movie". Get it at suncoast, they've also got the Cowboy Bebop: Shooting Star Manga, which is just a big "What if..." sorta thing. Not bad though.

i have to say i like both series. i watched Outlaw Star before Bebop though. and they both have 26 eps. i was wondering why they didnt have the title Knock On Heaven's Door. i think there was another movie that had the same name as well. cant remember. i think it was an older movie though.

I will have to go with Bebop as a better series. However that is not saying outlaw star was bad or anything.

It's okay, she's not real.
