*thunbs up* unnecessary? it's alot easier to write than bio-android wich you prefer not to hear, I simply don't understand surrendering to the lesser evils that is filters and such... but ehh... *wish there was a thumbs up face*

that's a good question, I seem to find harem in everything (like Armitage) so -um- harem may not exactly be the word but in anime there's always at least one 'simpley unbelievable' moreso than in movies, hey- it is centered toward horney teens anyway. So I'd guess harem is simpler and more to the point than 'with one simpley unbeleivable-type person' or 'with a few, but not as many as true harems, simpley unbeleivable type persons'. pickey pickey

erm... Well, I think robot girlfriend anime comes up so often because it seems there's no down side. You can get exactly what you want (built to spec!), she has no outside life other than "servicing" you, she's not going to leave you for anyone else, no messy feelings to deal with since she does what you want when you want her to and never complains or has demands of her own.

The idea of 'whoa robot sex is bad...' is the EXACT EQUIVALENT of "real pr0n is better than hentai..." I'm all for fantasy since fantasy is what everyone wants. Reality? Fuck, people die in reality, you lose loved ones, you get dumped/cheated on, the news shows people suffering about 90% of the time so the viewers feel better. Come ON...
