i didn't post here to be criticized. i just wanted my vid critiqued. i'm sorry if i offended anyone by breaking the rules and putting a gmv instead of an amv on the site but, like i said, its my first vid and i just wanted someone to tell me what i'm doing right/wrong. can someone please do that?

The video has a nice concept behind it, although the overall editing is a bit mediocre. You did manage to choose some good scenes in coordination with the meaning behind the lyrics. But the audio quality, in light of a better term, sounds like crap. The video quality is pretty good though.

Good first video. But I have to agree with Danny that you could've gone about it better.

I think the overall point people are trying to make concerning your video... is that you were WRONG to post a video with game footage.

Egh...not exactly. ^_^;; It's against the rules to upload a gmv to the carrot. But I don't think there's anything wrong with posting the video so long as it's hosted somewhere else. If there's a rule about announcing non-anime vids in this forum, I've missed it. ^_^

But yes, the main problem is that the vid was uploaded. Just wait a little while longer. Last I heard Phade planned to allow game vids on the Donut, so unless that's changed, you can upload it then.
