Usually the Trailers and Openings and Endings...But I'm partial to the Jiggle counter from Burn Up Excess and Bounce video in Amazing Nurse Nanako :)

All I require for extras are the original op/ed, commercials and little advertisements for the show or it's products, then a small bio page.

Heh, Samurai Girl Real Bout High School... My most favorite DVD menus to date...

[come on damnit, it's a fighting game! WITH WORKING Hit Point BARS?!]

It's also got dub blooper out takes and then a favorite of mine that no anime has ever done for me.

SPECIAL END CORNER!!! [those people at Tokyopop REALLY know their shit when it comes to interviews...]

I also see interviews with creators for GTO and quite a few other Tokyopop anime. Damn, for DVD extras, Tokyopop pwns all... ^_^

"That is a mistake many of my enemies make. They think before they act. I act before I think!" - Vortigern from Merlin ('98)
"I AM REBORN!" - Dark Schneider Bastard!! OAV

I like the extras on Angel Sanctuary and Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust.
VHD:B had all these different trailer spots, and those were great, as well as the making of featurette and stuff.

Angel Sanctuary had dub bloopers in their making of the dub, which was cool, as well as a short interview with my favorite english VA. ;)

But my favorite Extras happen to be trailers for other anime(I like luaghing at how much most the AMVs suck.. It's just.. Sad),
the trailer to the anime I am watching(if it's a movie),
and of course the textless opening and ending.

Those were the best! I honestly can't think of one extra that beats it.

That they included all of the original Japanese DVD extras in KareKano and FLCL was nice; as was the reversible cover for the Kenshin Ova/Samurai X. Clear, accurate translation notes are always nice.

However, Excel Saga board game >>> Else.

In the Weiss Kruez DVDs they had really funny American voice actor outtakes, and interviews with the japanese voice actors. I laughed so hard when the voice actor for Ken (the child friendly soccer player) was describing how he would defend himself against Weiss if he was a bad guy. Kid armor - have little children clinging to every inch of his body so that he couldn't be attacked. And kid bombs as weapons - throwing the little suckers at Weiss so they'd have to drop their weapons and catch them.
Someone really fucking hates me. If you ever decide to show your face, please, pay me a visit. I’d like to introduce you to several obscene gestures.

I like the Fruits Baskets outtakes in Vol. 1. Fav. part of that was when "Yuki" screwed up and said something like ...I'll tell you what b****, I'll take you out back and show you who's your real big daddy...

My next fav. one is the Utena Karaoke opening. It's nice to sing along with the words.
