Yea, but they're not really identical. That is, at least they look different from each other

Sorcerer Hunters has a set of identical (almost) twins as villains in one episode, and Tira and Chocolate are similar enough to work as twins. In Magic Knight Rayearth 2, you have Nova and Hikaru - two halves of a whole, but close enough to identical (almost) twins. And if they don't have to be blood relatives, Hisoka and Hijiri from Yami no Matsuei look identical (except for a slightly different shade of brown hair).

Isn't that actually Banner/Battleflag of the Stars (the 2nd series, at least in the naming the anime were released under here....)?

are the two princesses in El Hazard (the 8 ep ova) twins? I can't remember... I know they were sisters and stuff...
