Yes the picture is meant to inflame and enrage. Iam glad it got your attention... that twas the point..

Anyways.. I am obviously insulting them, not you or everyone in the AMV community ;)

I've never met the guys and some day I may and some day I will say "I am sorry I made that image of you on August 14th when you guys were getting all pissy and shit..." or I may say "You guys are asses in real life too..". I don't have the luxury to see them in person. So I have to go off of their web personailties. This is my personality on the web, it's probably alot different in real life.

I don't get why they can't take being in a video, if they have a hideous ugly scar under their left eye, maybe I could understand. The think gets me as them trying to be mysterious and "oooh Iam important, I can say no to putting me in a docu about anime cons that we attend..." I mean. YES they have the right. But ME speaking from my point of view and MANY peoples point of view is that they're being arrogant assholes for not wanting to be seen...

Are they afraid of being picked on, are they afraid of some e-mailing them and saying "You guys are ugly.." though they already have their pictures on the web... Just .

It's just sad when people op-out on such a fun idea, that their fans would enjoy because of some unknown reason. Then have to drag it out into public right. What are you gonna do, sue 'em? You can't erase the image that's already in my mind, heck I don't even remember you guys. I more remember seeing EK with the drawing of herself over her face.. Which is also kinda >Grr< point as EK = kawaii and that's the only thing saving her from my rath...

Public forum, private matter. I can understand the privacy bit, but lets bring it up on a public forum, lets not write a e-mail about it, let's not talk in private to Machine about it. Let's show how pissy we are to the whole AMV community.

We did take it up privately through AIM as well.
and you also took it up on a public forum as well..

It's a happy happy fun time on the a-m-v.org forum. Let's all just shake our booties and forget about all this, eh?

Klinky, all of your questions of why I didn't we didn't want to be in the Doc were answered BEFORE you posted. Obviously, you can't read too well. It has nothing to do with ego, in fact, its quite the opposite.

We lost you as a fan? boo hoo. Luckily I don't have this hobby to gain fans. If you read my last post, you would know that.

Yes, lets do that please. Its all over with. Obviously, it would be ridiculous for us to ask Machine to change the Doc now that its out.

One more thing for the record, another philosophy we have at MTT is to not let any differences we have with people over the internet translate into real life. I still look forward to meeting all of you at AWA. Its definitely going to be crazy in Atlanta this year.

here we go....

Yare, Yare everyone. Just to let everyone know, im a moderate in this discussion but i do have my own perspective on how this is all going downhill.
1) Docs are meant for fun...for the most part...some are just plain boring...like some of the history channel docs ;_;
2) Privacy in the US is REAAALLLY low...thanks to Microsoft - the 'REAL' Monopoly. Privacy isn't what it used to be anymore and yes, it sucks. But what I do is grin and bear it. But that just me :)
3) I visit MTT forums regularly and I did get the joke when i saw it. Thus, another issue for me. I make mvids of specific series that some have not seen, as stated in my reviews. I do not make my mvids for everyone, in all of my mvids there are hidden meanings that only the ppl that have seen all of the series can get. Yeah, suicide is scary...been there before but I think you have to have a certain personality to overlook things like that and make them comedic....but thats just me, since i realized how STUPID i was for thinkin of it.
4) Flame wars are scary...why? because they rip friends apart! I can understand why MTT posted..they were upset. But then again, why not email Carlos about it instead of posting. Clearly, I'm probobly gonna get flamed or lose friends for posting this message...when im only stating my own opinion..no offense to anyone, just my insight.
5) I think everyone that posted are right in some way. I'm not going into details but my line of thinking tells me that everyone IS and WAS right in some way.

So, having that said, I hope you guys can at least see how serious flame wars, etc. are. The a-m-v.org community doesn't need another thread that tears ppl apart. Wouldn't you all agree? Or am I on my own boat here?
