Here's a few more.

Those LAME cartoons on the new TNN. I don't the exact titles, but that cartoon with that superheroine stripper. I believe Pamela Anderson does the voice of that.

If the new TNN (it'll be called Spike TV soon) wants a network for men, I suggest putting HENTAI in the network like La Blue Girl or Sakura Diaries.

That's why I watched nothing but Knight Rider, and all of it's space opera spin-offs from the '80s as a kid (Street Hawk, Airwolf, Super Force, Knight Rider 2000: The Motion Picture).

Now now, Samurai Jack is actually quite a decent show.

I fucking hate Rocket Power. :x

The FCC should revise the "Communications Decency Act"... forget censoring the media for porno, BAN VeggieTales, ReBoot and some of that other crap their showing on the tube.

Maybe it's true that both anime and american animation contain cliches. But anime cliches are better! Instead of having some BS moral in the end of each episode of that Toon Disney crap, anime has cliches that are deep and philosophically important!

Why is it that the producers in the States feel free to make apocalyptic and phychological type movies, but not animations? You can take notes on anime, but not the US stuff...

Umm...no. More often than not, philosophy in many anime series seems to revolve around the same redundant, pretentious concept of going through adversity and taking a metaphorical voyage inside to find the truth about the inner self and reality.

Just because Evangelion did it OK and also changed some of the rules for anime, does not mean every series NEEDS TO FUCKING DO IT.

And if a person finds "DEEP MEANING" in anime, well, that's just sad.
I'm out...

Agreed as well. They had better start putting up ffresh content sometime... if they continue recycling anime principles at this rate, their animations is going to be more stale than Linux.

I gained all my good manners from watching Disney shows.

Here's something no one thought of. Land Before Time.
DEAR GOD! How many DAMN sequels does this have? I remembered this when I was 5 years old, and they're STILL at it!
