WHY? Because that's just me...
I 2nd that!
Looks like Aoshin and Kenshin agree on this issue. Doesn't that mean anything? I mean, just look at those poker faces...

i would like to add that there was a case involving a similar dispute over a name this was when radio shack tried to sue a porn site i belive for haveing the name shack in it i dont remember the outcome but i think radio shack lost.
also i was thinking that i read in a newtype that an showed things subed as well as dubed but that might just be the international chanel.
and if one were to sue the other i think an should sue cn becase during cn's giant robot week they showed the first 2 eps. of eva which for those that don't know is an adv title.

Your shadow in the morning striding behind you
Or your shadow at evening rising to meet you;
I will show you fear in a handful of dust"

ya know what?

i dont understand what eeryone has against Cartoon Network either

They are the only reason i ever got into anime in the first place so i have to admit they are cool

only problem is that its on really late for the good shows(dont ya just LOVE FLCL, truly one of the greats)

AN should go nation wide and that should happen as soon as possible

also, im really excited about the return of inuyasha :)

The only thing cartoon network's good for are the shows they show when nothing else is on. Although most people got started on anime through CN, some didn't. That's why we have our issues with CN. In any case, I don't like CN because they fail to acknowledge Anime as Anime and not cartoons. I mean, I've heard Tom say, "DBZ...the best action cartoon on the planet..." that's just plain annoying.

Adult Swim is ok for now. Yeah, they decided to give Family Guy another chance, but so did TBS Superstation (at least for me). I think that Anime should be separated from cartoons.

Why do I feel this way? Because the meaning in Anime is very deep in me. I take pride in it very much...

Agreed. Even though I am one of the ones who got hooked on anime by Toonami, when I became more educated about it it started to hold a deeper meaning to me. Now that commercial where TOM calls DBZ a cartoon pisses me off so hard:!:

Were you talking about TOM or calling me a 'he'? :?
I like TOM; everyone has their little flaws, even robots.

But... a cartoon!

Anyways, it'll take some hard headfuck to get it out of American heads that anime is not the same as your regular cartoons. It's similar, yet different.
The Birds are using humanity in order to throw something terrifying at this green pig. And then what happens to us all later, that’s simply not important to them…
