in your opinion- which is the best con?

i just went to otakon this year, it was a blast

(except the pre-reg confirmation line lol, that sucked ass :p)

Well, I'm kinda partial to Sakura-Con in Seattle, Washington... But next year I will be attending Otakon as well.

I like Akon the best because I have friends who are more into the voice actors/shows part of the con and the La Familia who are more into the amvs which makes it perfect balance for me. The entire atmosphere of the con is alot more friendly rather than the industrial feel of AX.

While amvs are my first priority at a con, I try to enjoy the con for some of the other things it has to offer.

Whenever I get the money, I'll be hitting AWA and Otakon in the future.

AWA is by far the best con I have been too. The only reason I go to cons is for the AMV stuff, so it catered to my needs nicely.

Second favorite is probably AnimeFEST since it is kind of small and all the TX AMV people show it for good times.
