what about "I dont want to miss a thing" by aerosmith. The song you use really depends of the style of vid. If you're doing avid vid with all his cool moves like switching from machine gun mode to rocket laucher and shit like that than listen to all your fast tempo music, if it's a tribute where it shows vash carrying him at the end listen to your slower music both while running visions of our man nick through your head. Trust me.

You could try setting his last ep (with earlier eps for appropriate flashbacks) to Harry Chapin's "Last Stand"
