I disagree, G gundam's art was mediocre at best, and the freaking story turned into dbz, i believe a gundam site worded this better. Basically its 2 gundams get ready to fight, they throw fists revealing atacks and suprising the oponent then the good guys win. I thought compared to other gundam series, this one was crapizoid :(

It sucks.

You could always blame it on the fact that they want you to figure out alternative concepts/loving methods. I'm still out for my Inuyasha explaination. Oh...

PS I don't really watch CN, but sympathise with the pain of those who do.

But maybe changing Kenshin wasn't a bad idea - maybe it will have less editing this way.

and oh - wow, that's some way of quoting. Keep dear old uncle Bobby out of this
The Birds are using humanity in order to throw something terrifying at this green pig. And then what happens to us all later, that’s simply not important to them…

From what I figure, Cartoon Network just does that because they're in the process of getting the rights from the creators and American translator/distribution companies to run the shows on basic cable. If you think about it, they mentioned something about that when they discontinued "Sailor Moon" (thank God, because I don't think I could stand those bitchy, girly lesbians anymore!).

Hey, at least be thankful Toonami keeps a popular anime running, even if they just repeat segments of a particular season. When "Tekkaman Blade" was translated and slaughtered into "Teknoman" on UPN some years back, they ran the show to the middle of the series, right to the first cliff-hanger review episode, repeated the series a couple of times, and just up and quit it. It took me a month or two on the web to hunt down information on the series, and I didn't start that until after "Gundam Wing" started airing on Toonami.

Adult Swim, however, has been mentioning they want input from the fans for other anime shows they ought to run. I'd find it amusing if they ran "The Slayers" on Adult Swim, in a dubbed form, so I can watch both the subbed and dubbed versions on basic cable.

I agree that some thing has to be done be done about the rerun thing and the over cancilation of shows but I would stay away from dubing becase it tends to be hard to read but also there is the fact that cn is haveing ahard time triying to keep up 8)
