I think most people say Scott's amv (which I can't comment on) or Bebop Z (which is a parody at best).

The best pure dbz vid I've seen? Gagh...one of Castor's - pick one. MeriC's Trunks Tribute was nice, and Dark Kamui's Vegeta Tribute. Other than those it's hard to say. ^_^;; I'm not a good judge of 'perfection' or 'pro' quality vids, so I tend to like things even if other people don't.

Yes, but each time there's a thread around here with people flaming dbz, the dbz fans tend to pop up a few days later asking where the good vids are. I think it's natural to try and bring those good vids to public attention - and to find any new titles that pop up on the lists. ^_^
