Well, judging by the logo in the bottom left (and the URL of the picture), I can tell that it's the work of a friend of mine, Slimu / Hans Tseng. His main website is here, and that leads off to a bunch of stuff that he's worked on.

i was reading through this thread thinking "why oh why hasn't anyone mentioned her yet? do they not know she is the greatest character in red EVER?"

and of course Unit-02 is the superior Evangelion, the first true Production model, and the only one actually produced for real combat situations.
