Most of the photonic weapons can theoretically shoot bullets, inclusding anything off a Gundam.jonmartensen wrote:I would want a sword that could shoot bullets
Ask any PhD, he'll tell you.
Theoretically, the light is held in place on a lightsaber/beamscythe through a vapor, crystal, another material, or a magnetic/other energy field. This would create a still-energy effects similar to a Bose-Einstein Condensate, except for photons which behave like a particulate wave instead of atoms... a momentary ion field would propel the energy "fluid" glob.
Assuming you are dealing with a magnetic reactor, here are the steps:
1. Make sure you do NOT have anything magntic on you or anywhere close to the weapon. This includes car keys, shoes, etc. Remove rings, nose ringles, nipple rings, implants (uh oh) and ANYTHING else metal.
2. Create a field balancing the pull (force) equally at a point so that the bullet can levitate.
3. Get a magnetized bullet.
3. Place the magnetized bullet carefully inside them field so that it floats on the magnetic fields. If you still have any rings on you, turn it off and start over.
4. Run an algorithm to carefully step up the magnetic field as a logistic wave in front otf the bullet so that the bullet is pulled forward.
5. You could have just used a railgun is you really had that much energy.
Kamui Shirou, from "X"? He's left handed.'Summanaro' wrote: I forgot about Kamui's sword, that thing looks badass, but I've only seen the movie, so they don't show much of it, but it still looks badass.
Interesting basket hilt, though. I wonder what it's inspired by... Research time! (expect a draft of the dissertation on AnimeTheory within 1 month)

I hate to advocate drugs, alcohol, violence, or insanity to anyone, but they've always worked for me.
