What are you acually planing to fight or kill someone with it. It's ok to fight but collecting isn't bad either. Lots of people collect swords, because it makes a good decoration.

Have fun cutting yourself while doing cottas or unsheathing(popping the tsuba out with your thumb will most likely draw blood everytime).

The very idea of a reverse blade sword = Ludicris.
That's why I use my hand to take it out by the handle, and I don't care is it's wrong because like I said I don't fight people with them.

Kenshin is an awsome series, but there's no pleasing everyone I suppose.

Well, that's what the sword is there for. You kill people with it. You can't say it's anything else. A sword is JUST like a gun. There's no getting around it.

And I never said collecting was bad, I was just saying thatif you buy a sword just so you can fool around with it and go "Hey dudes! Look! I got a sword and can swing it! I'm Kenshin! Hoo HAH!" it's wrong.
Because, as I said before, SWORDS ARE JUST LIKE GUNS. I can't stress that enough.
There's no getting around it.
And plus, why buy something you're not even going to use [correctly]?
What a waste of money...

YOU DON'T HAVE TO KILL PEOPLE!!!

Collecting is a form of using it correctly, so it's not a waste of money. It's like art, one person can say that picture was a huge waste of 10,000 while the other person thinks it's a master piece. It's all about personaly taste.

You're right, I don't have to, but that's what the sword is for-- Killing people.
As I said before, just like a gun.

Ah, I must've not made it clear. I was referring to the guy who bought a sword to show all his friends that he was kenshin was wasting money.
Not collecting.

On the other hand, might as well forget forging it myself.

See pictures.

Science Magazine, Vol.299 No.5611, Erbil, et al, wrote:The hydrophobocity of a material is mostly dependent on it's surface chemistry, but can be altered by changing the surface topography. Superhydrophobic materials have been made, but usually only from expensive starting materials that required machining or etching to roughen the surface. Working with isotactic propylene, Erbil et al. (p. 1377) show that they can modify the standard gelation process to product a rough polymeric coating on glass, aluminum, seel, and other polymers; this coating has a water contact angle around 160 degrees.

And I'm actually serious about that differentially heat treated side floating cereal now too...
