I'll be there, but like anyone really cares ^^;;; Look for a blonde and you'll find me. Last year I had an okay time so I'll try and make it again this year. Any (open) gathering plans?

Yeah I can understand that's a lot of con-going... a lot. You're off the hook.. but next year.. next year.. *pointing while shaking finger* well I don't know where I was going with that.
You'll be at AWA right? I think you're even on a panel. Not like I won't see you at AWA :). I think I saw you at Otakon, but didn't say anything -_-;;

Yeah I was too busy at Otakon running around helping Otakon-peeps and then my own JMV-showings too.. but I still had fun.

I'll be there at AWA... I'll make sure to say hello! =) ..and yes, Vic and I have a panel... oh boy what we have in store for all of you.. if I can finish everything in time.. aaawwww-yeeaahh! =)

Unfortunately, I'm in largely the same boat as you are, dwchang- I've been to/am going to too many cons this year to reasonably afford going to AUSA. By the time AUSA rolls around I will have been to six cons this year alone, and only one of them at such a range that I can stay at home and not in hotels. :( (Katsucon, Tekkoshocon, ACen, Otakon, AWA, and AnimeNEXT). Though I think overall dwchang has it worse, as only 2 of those (AWA & ACen) have required flying, the rest were in reasonable driving distance.

bah, I'll probably be there.

I always seems to end up at these DC/Baltimore conventions whether I mean to or not (even when I wasn't living up here) :P

But bah, the year of AUSA that I missed was its very first year, before Jason got involved, so there was no AMV incentive :P

and then there was horrid trip to Neko-con a few years back with Elaine and James.

No, you missed at least two years of AUSA, it started in 1998 IIRC. Bah, you didn't even go to Neko-con the first year it started when Dukanime went (although you should probably be thankful for that).
